Shortcuts Menu is built to keep your data on your Mac. This policy explains what the app and this website do with information.

The app

• The app doesn’t collect analytics, create accounts, or send any data to us or anyone else.
• It reads your Shortcuts library on your Mac to list folders and shortcuts and, if you grant Full Disk Access, to show each shortcut’s icon and color. That information never leaves your Mac.
• Your menu settings (chosen folders, hidden shortcuts, custom order, menu bar icon) are stored locally in the app’s preferences.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the information needed to complete your purchase, such as your email address, country, and payment details, and handles it under the Paddle privacy policy. We receive order details from Paddle (like your email address and purchase record) so we can provide downloads, support, and refunds. We never see your full payment card details.

This website

shortcutsmenu.app is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. The website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle’s checkout may set cookies needed to process payments.

Email

If you email us for support, we use your message only to respond and keep it only as long as needed.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@shortcutsmenu.app. For payment records, you can also contact Paddle.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
