These terms cover your purchase and use of Shortcuts Menu (“the app”), a macOS app made by Stephen Robles (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the app you agree to them.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Shortcuts Menu is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available, and local taxes may be added.

License

When you buy Shortcuts Menu, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Updates

Your purchase includes updates to version 1.x, downloadable from the page you receive after purchase. We may offer future major versions separately.

How the app works

Shortcuts Menu runs your shortcuts with Apple’s built-in shortcuts command and reads your Shortcuts library only to list folders, shortcuts, and icons. It never changes your shortcuts. You are responsible for what your shortcuts do when you run them.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.

Apple, Mac, macOS, and Shortcuts are trademarks of Apple Inc. Shortcuts Menu is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
